Marina Provenza LPC, LCADC
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with nearly a decade of experience dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their unique paths toward healing and growth. My passion is rooted in supporting those who have faced substance use, trauma, mental health struggles, and life transitions.

I have a deep commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and a special focus on helping individuals with depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges. Mothers navigating postpartum depression and anxiety are especially close to my heart. I also believe in the power of transformation and am honored to work with individuals from all walks of life, including those with criminal histories, embracing their potential for change.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate and client-centered. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed practices. I take a strengths-based perspective, helping clients tap into their resilience and inner power.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll uncover the barriers holding you back and work toward living a more fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I’m a parent and love spending time with my children. Hiking is one of my favorite ways to connect with nature and recharge. If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I’d love to connect and walk alongside you on this transformative path.
